Yes, you may request order cancellation only before the order is processed or dispatched. Once packing, labelling, or dispatch has started, cancellations are not permitted due to the nature of cosmetic raw materials
Order cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing the order and before dispatch confirmation. Cosmy Supplies reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on order status.
No. The following items are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed:
- Custom-packed or made-to-order products
- Bulk or wholesale quantities
- Special imports or indent orders
- Clearance or discounted products
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Any refusal to accept delivery will not qualify for a refund and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Cosmy Supplies operates as a B2B raw material supplier. Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is physically damaged or leaked during transit
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered
- The issue is reported within the specified time frame
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
The following products are non-returnable:
- Opened, used, or tampered materials
- Hygroscopic, temperature-sensitive, or perishable ingredients
- Custom packs, bulk orders, and special imports
- Products without original packaging or labels
Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of:
- The damaged product
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
Failure to report within this period may result in claim rejection.
If an incorrect product or quantity is received, contact our support team at 7975102363 immediately with order details and images. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion
Yes. All return, damage, or discrepancy claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
