She supports national and international brands in achieving product–market fit through disciplined portfolio architecture, formulation alignment, and launch sequencing. Pooja Jadhav is a seasoned formulation scientist with over 25 years of expertise in developing personal care, home care, and wellness products. She has led projects in new formulation development, raw material design, and performance troubleshooting. Her technical knowledge encompasses emulsion systems, surfactants, and speciality chemicals. Pooja has collaborated with multinational and Indian manufacturers, focusing on the global market requirements. Anjali Kulkarni has over 20 years of experience in formulation consultancy, in-house R&D, and production operations within personal care and wellness manufacturing.
