Order cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing the order and before dispatch confirmation. Cosmy Supplies reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on order status.

• Bulk or wholesale quantities
• Special imports or indent orders
• Clearance or discounted products

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Any refusal to accept delivery will not qualify for a refund and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Cosmy Supplies operates as a B2B raw material supplier. Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is physically damaged or leaked during transit
• The wrong product or quantity was delivered
• The issue is reported within the specified time frame
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

The following products are non-returnable:

• Opened, used, or tampered materials
• Hygroscopic, temperature-sensitive, or perishable ingredients
• Custom packs, bulk orders, and special imports
• Products without original packaging or labels

Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of:

• The damaged product
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label

Failure to report within this period may result in claim rejection.
