How to Use

As Facial Toner or Face Mist: Use at 80 to 100% of the toner formula. Add water-soluble actives such as Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, or Aloe Vera. Add a broad-spectrum preservative at 0.5 to 1% of total formula weight. Adjust pH if required. Package in spray bottle. Add ingredients below 40 degrees Celsius for best aroma retention.

In Creams and Lotions: Replace 5 to 30% of the water phase in emulsion formulations with Lavender Hydrosol. Add in the water phase before emulsification. The preservative system in the finished emulsion protects the hydrosol component.

In After-Sun Preparations: Use at 30 to 70% of the water phase in after-sun gel or lotion formulations, combined with Aloe Vera gel and a humectant. The soft floral aroma and gentle soothing skin feel of the hydrosol complement the function of after-sun products for sun-exposed skin.

In Hair Mists and Scalp Care: Use at 50 to 95% of the water phase in leave-in hair mist formulations. The soft lavender aroma is commercially appealing in Indian hair care ranges and the hydrosol contributes scalp conditioning alongside the fragrance function.

Preservation — Mandatory: Lavender Hydrosol is water-based and microbiologically active. Any finished product must include a broad-spectrum preservative.
